We built the system our own lot runs on.

Towmo is dealer management software for trailer dealerships, built by a trailer dealer and the engineer he called. That dealership still runs on it every day.

It started on a trailer lot

Zak runs a trailer dealership. He sells trailers, rents them and fixes them.

Tyler works in technology. We had worked together for years, so Zak called him first.

He wanted a system built around how a trailer dealership actually runs. So we built one.

His dealership runs on it now. Sales, rentals, service, parts and the website, all through Towmo.

Built for trailers, not adapted from cars

A sale on Zak's lot takes a bill of sale and a state form. It also takes two sales taxes and a dollar-a-tire fee.

Software built for car dealers was not designed around any of that.

We built Towmo around goosenecks and deckovers, MSOs, GVWR and tongue weight, because that is the vocabulary a trailer dealer works in every day.

That specificity is the entire reason Towmo exists. It is not a feature list. It is the point.

We build it with the dealers who run on it

There is a support button inside Towmo. A bug goes in there. So does anything you wish it did.

We read all of it. Not eventually, and not as a formality.

Zak's rule is simple: fix it permanently, not for a day.

When something is wrong on Zak's lot, we feel it before another dealer has to tell us.

Every dealer who joins Towmo shapes what gets built next.

Still built the same way

Towmo is a member of the North American Trailer Dealers Association.

We are still building it where we started. On a trailer lot, next to the dealers using it.
