What does Towmo cost?
$399 per month. That is the whole price — sales, rentals, service, CRM, inventory, parts, and your dealer website are all included.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
No. Setup and data migration from your current system are part of the subscription.
Do you charge per user?
No. Add your staff at no extra cost.
Is there a contract?
No. Towmo is billed month-to-month to a card on file, and you can cancel at any time.
Is the dealer website really included?
Yes. Towmo builds and hosts your customer-facing site on your own domain, with your inventory, rental booking and contact forms running on the same platform you use behind the counter.
What about card processing fees?
Card processing runs through eCrypt under your own merchant account, so processing rates are set with eCrypt and are separate from your Towmo subscription.
Can you move my data from WebbRes, WholeHog or a spreadsheet?
Yes. We import customers, units, parts and order history, and most dealers run Towmo alongside the old system for a few weeks before switching over.
Do I have to commit before seeing it?
