What does Towmo cost?
$499 a month for one location, plus a one-time $499 setup fee. That covers sales, rentals, service, CRM, inventory, parts and your dealer website, with no per-user fee. If you run more than one lot, each additional location is $200 a month. If you only rent, there is a rentals-only plan at $149 a month with a $149 setup fee and $99 a month per additional location, and your website comes with that too. Through 2026-09-30, the NATDA show special brings the full system to $399 a month, and the one-time setup fee is waived for anyone who signs on in September.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
Not during the NATDA show special. Sign on by 2026-09-30 and the setup fee is waived on either plan — we still move your customers, units, parts, order history and service history across, and there is nothing to pay until your first monthly charge after you go live. After that the fee is $499 once on the full system and $149 once on the rentals-only plan.
Do you charge per user?
No. Add your staff at no extra cost.
We run more than one lot. How does that work?
Your subscription covers one location. Each additional location is $200 a month on the full system, or $99 a month on the rentals-only plan. It is one login and one set of records either way: your people move between lots without a second account, inventory and customers are shared, and your website shows every location's units. There is no second setup fee.
Is there a contract?
No. Towmo is billed month-to-month to a card on file, and you can cancel at any time.
Is the dealer website really included?
Yes. Towmo builds and hosts your customer-facing site on your own domain, with your inventory, rental booking and contact forms running on the same platform you use behind the counter.
What about card processing fees?
Card processing runs through eCrypt under your own merchant account, so processing rates are set with eCrypt and are separate from your Towmo subscription.
Can you move my data from my current system or a spreadsheet?
Yes, and it is covered by the setup fee. Customers, units, parts, order history and service history come across, with the photos and documents attached. Most dealers run Towmo alongside the old one for a few weeks before switching over.
We only rent trailers. Do we have to pay for the sales side?
No. The rentals-only plan is $149 a month plus a $149 setup fee, for one location, with additional locations at $99 a month. You get the fleet, the booking calendar, online reservations, signed agreements, card deposits, your customer records and your own website. Sales, service and the parts counter are the parts you do not get. Move up when you start selling.
Does the rentals-only plan include a website?
Yes, on your own domain, with your fleet and live availability on it. That is the part the booking apps do not do. You are renting through your own site, not sending customers to somebody else's.
Do I have to commit before seeing it?
